A Toast To Healthy Eating Habits

When it comes to fitness goals, there is a reoccuring question...Which is more important? Healthy Diet vs Exercise?

We have all seen the consistent gym-goer that cannot seem to lose weight. In addition, we all have a co-worker or friend, with a body we envy-who always seems to be eating something.

It is common knowledge that good eating habits and exercise is the killer cocktail for health success. However, if forced to emphasize one or the other...frequency should be taken into account. Most people attempt to workout 3-6 times a week, whereas eating is done 3-8 times a day when counting snacking.

Therefore, even when you work-out it can be ineffective if your body does not have the appropriate fuel. For overall wellness, fill your cosmopolitan with healthy eats in order to drink to success.
