Make a Motto
Give Yourself Inspiration
Do you ever find yourself with a lack of motivation to hit the gym? Or have you ever found yourself ready to quit half way through your workout? Even struggling to finish a mere 5 minutes left of your exercise routine? In these scenarios it can be helpful to focus on a motto, something which gives you inspiration. Make a motto to get your exercise mojo pumping.
My personal motto that I reflect on during challenging times is, “Desire, Determination, Drive”.
Some other ideas:
- “The harder you train, the harder it is to accept failure”
- “Foundation is the hardest brick to lay in the building blocks to success”
- “Second place is the first loser”
Motivate and encourage yourself using your motto, repeating it in your head, plastering it on a wall or fridge as a daily reminder of your goals, or even incorporating it into your mp3 player as a reminder to push yourself as hard as you can.
