Begin with Breakfast

Always start your day off with breakfast to boost your metabolism. Regardless whether you had a big dinner the night before, whether you are going to be working out in the morning, or whether your time is limited during the sunrise hours…always start your day off with a breakfast. The earlier you eat, the sooner your metabolism can start burning fat.

Try to eat something within the first hour or two of waking up. If you workout in the morning and cramp up with food in your stomach, try something small such as half a glass of milk and half a banana and follow up with a more filling 2nd breakfast within 2 hours after you have completed your workout.

If you do not have time for breakfast in the morning, try making breakfast the night before. Reheat eggs, or oatmeal, or just add milk to a bowl of balanced cereal. Everyone can allow ten minutes to eat a decent breakfast before starting his/her day.

Beginning with breakfast cuts your cravings, ignites your metabolism and provides the energy needed to start a productive day.
