Drink at least 8 Glasses a Day
Drinking enough water is the most important thing you can do for your diet and to stay healthy. Staying hydrated regulates body temperature, gets rid of waste, transports important vitamins and nutrients throughout the body, and helps with weight loss.
It can be tough to fit in at least 8 glasses of water a day. Knock one out first thing in the morning. This gets your metabolism going and helps keep hunger in check. Carry around a water bottle during the day. Have a sip here and there, refill when necessary, and by the end of the day you will have met your daily amount.
Keep in mind that 8 glasses is the minimum. If you workout or live a more active lifestyle, make sure you increase your water intake accordingly.
