Drink Before You Eat

Drink a big glass of water or other beverage about 10 minutes before you eat. This will help prevent you from overeating and you will feel satisfied much sooner. Be careful not to drink too much though. Doing so can ruin the meal for you.
Also drink a big glass of water if you are on the verge of straying from your diet. This can help kill those cravings and keep you on track.
