Ingredients (Makes 28 Servings)
2 (8-ounce) cartons low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded low-fat process American cheese
3 tablespoons plain, unsweetened low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons minced onion
Directions
Combine cottage cheese, American cheese, yogurt, horseradish, pepper, and salt, in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently fold in green pepper and onion.
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Note:
Serve Cottage Cheese-Vegetable Dunk with raw vegetables.
