Ingredients (Makes 28 Servings)
  • 2 (8-ounce) cartons low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded low-fat process American cheese
  • 3 tablespoons plain, unsweetened low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
Directions
  1. Combine cottage cheese, American cheese, yogurt, horseradish, pepper, and salt, in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently fold in green pepper and onion.

  2. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

  3. Note: Serve Cottage Cheese-Vegetable Dunk with raw vegetables.
